These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and bet729 ("bet729", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino platform accessible at https://bet729.cam and its associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

bet729 is an English-language platform designed to serve users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. All platform content, including these Terms, is written in English. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bet729 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the bet729 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bet" / "Wager" means a financial stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other eligible market made available through the platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free-spin value or matched deposit amount credited to your Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and documentation verification process required before withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the bet729 website, mobile browser interface, and any associated tools or services operated by bet729.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency displayed and transacted on the platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion features available within the Account dashboard.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount of eligible bets required to be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed when any of the following actions occur: (a) you click "I Agree", "Register" or any equivalent acceptance button during the registration process; (b) you deposit funds into your Account; (c) you place a Bet or wager through the Platform; or (d) you continue to use the Platform after any amendment to these Terms has been notified to you.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must not register an Account or use the Platform in any capacity. Continued use of the Platform after notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on bet729, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction.
2. You are registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party or legal entity.
3. You have not been excluded from gambling by any self-exclusion programme or regulatory order.
4. You are not a current or former employee of bet729 or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
5. You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law and have not circumvented any geographical restriction in place on the Platform.
6. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and not misleading.

bet729 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending review, and may result in permanent closure.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary or linked Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts.

5.1 Required Information

During registration you will be required to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, email address and preferred currency. All fields are mandatory unless otherwise indicated.

5.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, bet729 requires identity verification through the submission of KYC documentation. Accepted documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card, passport or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent).
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., screenshot of digital wallet showing name and account number).

bet729 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Withdrawal processing will not commence until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Funds will remain in the Account balance during any pending verification period.

5.3 Data Use

All personal data provided during registration and KYC is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents submitted for KYC are used solely for identity verification and anti-fraud purposes and are not shared with third parties for marketing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

bet729 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. The Platform will never contact you to request your password, PIN or 2FA code by any communication channel. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

You must notify bet729 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. bet729 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where such access is attributable to your failure to maintain credential security, unless the breach is demonstrated to be due to Platform fault.

All Account transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Minimum deposit thresholds and any applicable transaction fees are displayed in your Account dashboard and are subject to change with notice.

Users may deposit funds using the payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods — including those referencing familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change and does not imply that those providers endorse, support or affiliate with gambling services. Users acknowledge that relevant financial institutions govern their own service terms and that bet729 makes no representations as to the continued availability of any method.

Deposits made by credit or debit card linked to a third party are not permitted. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

bet729 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method held in your own name and, where applicable, matching the method used for deposits. bet729 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

8.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the selected payment method, your verification status, and any applicable compliance review requirements. bet729 does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes. E-wallet methods may be processed more quickly than bank transfers in general circumstances, however processing is subject to internal review procedures and cannot be guaranteed as instant for any method.

8.2 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in PKR within your Account dashboard. bet729 reserves the right to adjust minimum withdrawal thresholds with reasonable notice.

8.3 Withdrawal Holds

bet729 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals pending identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, active dispute proceedings, or where required by applicable compliance obligations. Users will be notified of any hold and provided with a reason unless prohibited by law.

8.4 Bonus Fund Restrictions

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The real-money Balance and Bonus Fund Balance are maintained separately within the Account. Withdrawal of real-money Balance prior to completion of Bonus Fund wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds, per the conditions of the relevant promotion.

bet729 may offer Welcome Bonuses, Reload Bonuses, Free Spin credits, Refer-a-Friend rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail.

9.1 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x, 40x). Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within a specified time window. Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, low-margin sports markets) may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements — refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.

9.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse or circumvent promotional terms — including creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, staking on opposing outcomes to guarantee profit (bonus hedging), or using automated tools to meet wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

9.3 Withdrawal of Promotional Offers

bet729 reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Promotions already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance unless material fraud or abuse is detected.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific sports betting or casino game rules applicable to the relevant event or game type. General betting rules include the following provisions:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Bets placed during a system error or following a manifestly incorrect odds display may be voided at bet729's discretion.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's in-play acceptance policy and may be delayed or declined under certain market conditions.
• Void bets (e.g., cancelled events, abandoned matches where no result is declared) will be settled at odds of 1.00 (even), and the original stake returned to the Account Balance.
• bet729 reserves the right to refuse, limit or restrict bets from any Account at any time, including for risk-management purposes.
• Cricket markets, including PSL T20 and ICC tournament fixtures, are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. Delays in official result declaration may delay settlement accordingly.

Casino games are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are illustrative and represent mathematical averages over long play periods — they do not predict individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating or using multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) to circumvent bonus restrictions or account limits.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated identity documentation during registration or KYC.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform for money laundering or terrorist financing purposes.
• Using or distributing automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technological aid to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users in poker, live dealer or any other interactive game environment.

• Placing bets on events in which you have insider knowledge, or in any manner that constitutes match-fixing or manipulation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing communication with Platform support staff.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs or proxy services for the purpose of circumventing geographical restrictions.

bet729 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing tools to help users maintain control of their betting activity. The Platform incorporates the following responsible gambling features, accessible from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount over a defined period after which betting is automatically paused.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts and optional account lock after a selected session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting activity for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not easily reversible during the exclusion period.

All content on the bet729 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, game content, software code, data compilations and documentation — is the property of bet729 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from bet729; use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data collection tools; or reverse-engineer any software underlying the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet729, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or unavailability of services.
• Any losses arising from your own gambling decisions, including reliance on odds, market information or content published on the Platform.
• Any legal or regulatory consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted.
• Third-party payment provider failures, delays or restrictions affecting deposit or withdrawal processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet729's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Where bet729's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the total funds deposited by you into your Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet729 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or by way of a prominent Platform notification, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Where an amendment is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, shorter notice periods may apply. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date and withdraw any remaining Balance.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction as specified in the operator's licensing documentation. bet729 does not represent that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law or that Pakistani courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from Platform use.

In the event of a dispute between you and bet729, you should in the first instance contact our support team via Live Chat or the support email address to attempt informal resolution. If informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution process specified by the relevant licensing authority.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence to the extent those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
